4 Manchego Cheese Recipes To Try This Weekend

One of the most delicious Spanish cheeses you can buy has to be Manchego, a very rich and creamy sheep’s milk cheese that comes from the La Mancha region. It has a distinct nutty flavour and is a beautiful rich golden colour, available in three different stages – fresh, two to four months old or matured for a year.

There are all sorts of lovely recipes you could try using this particular cheese, but we’ve scouted out some of our favourites to help you get cracking in the kitchen this weekend. Enjoy!
