Spain has a wide range of after dinner drinks, some of which are still drunk very early in the morning with a ‘carajillo’ (an expresso with a liqueur shot).

We have featured some of our favourites: two types of Pacharan, a sweet liqueur made from sloes; Anis, a sweet aniseed liqueur; and Licor de Hierbas, a great after dinner digestif.

Spanish Brandy is also growing in popularity. Why not give it a try – it has a unique taste that  is a smooth and light.
