Spain produces some 50% of the world’s olive oil – far greater than either Italy or Greece, but in the UK Spanish olive oil is a relatively unknown product.  There are over 220 varieties of olive grown in Spain and we have concentrated on four different oils – three of which are single variety and one a blend.  Sourced from family-owned businesses they are exclusive to Pure Spain. Our vinegar range includes a unique 50-year old red wine vinegar that defies description.
