Our range of Jamónes include Iberico Bellota (acorn fed) and Iberico Cebo del Campo (free range, natural grazing) as well as the lighter flavoured Serrano country hams. The Iberico hams are aged for a minimum of 36 months producing a rich, nutty complex flavour.  Spain lead the world when it comes to curing hams and Iberico hams are a great delicacy and an enjoyable ritual!

Our Jamons & Paletas are sourced from two of the most famous areas for Iberico Jamon in Spain – Salamanca and Huelva.  They are supplied by small family-run companies who demand the highest standards and produce some of the best cured meats that we have tasted. We hope you will agree too!
