Made from fresh albacore tuna, it is carefully prepared and preserved in olive oil to keep all of its natural flavour and quality. It is the kind of tuna that can completely change a simple salad or tapa.

Delicious with good crusty bread, in salads, on toast or as part of a Spanish tapas spread. It is also perfect for a classic Nicoise salad.
