Portomar Bonito del Norte is a delicious premium white tuna with a mild, delicate flavour and a lovely tender yet firm texture.
Prepared with Bonito del Norte (white albacore tuna) and preserved in olive oil, it has a wonderfully clean and natural flavour. Once you try good quality Bonito del Norte, it is easy to see why it is such a favourite in Spanish kitchens!
Delicious simply served with good crusty bread, added to salads and tapas, or enjoyed with tomatoes, peppers and a drizzle of good olive oil. It is also perfect for a classic Nicoise salad.
Supplied in an easy open tin. Average shelf life is 2 years. Delicious in a nicoise salad for two!

Nothing like the usual tinned tuna. This is soft and so tasty. Treat yourself! I like to make pinchos with it: bread with piquillo peppers and this tuna on top, with maybe an anchovy or a green olive. Lovely with a glass of txacoli wine.
