Valformosa has a soft mousse,  with rich and varietal aromas. Ample and fruity on the palet with a sweetness which is in harmony with a slight acidity. Grapes: Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo. ABV 11.5%

Enjoy this Cava as an apéritif with salted almonds, jamón iberico, olives and many other tapas.
