This delicious acorn-fed 100% ibérico cured salchichón sausage is made from the fillet and loin of pigs of the quality used for our hams. The method of production is traditional to the Jabugo area is used, which implies that it is cut by hand with a knife.

This product is cured naturally for between 4 and 6 months.
