A traditional Asturian Compango from Torre de Nunez, bringing together the three essential meats for making an authentic Fabada Asturiana: Asturian chorizo, morcilla and panceta.

Rich, smoky and full of flavour, these meats are traditionally used to give fabada its characteristic depth and hearty flavour. Simply add the contents to your beans and allow them to cook slowly together, letting the flavours of the chorizo, morcilla and panceta infuse the dish.
