La Abuela Candida Creamy Boletus Croquettes are a rich and savoury Spanish-style croquette with a crisp breadcrumb coating and a smooth, creamy filling flavoured with Boletus mushrooms.

Each croquette weighs approximately 35g, with around 30 croquettes per 1kg bag.

Perfect as part of a tapas selection, as a starter, for sharing plates or for adding an easy premium touch to a Spanish-style menu.

These croquettes are supplied frozen and are ready to cook straight from the freezer. Do not defrost before cooking. Fry in very hot oil at 180°C until golden, then leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
