La Abuela Candida Creamy Cod Croquettes are traditional Spanish-style croquettes with a crisp breadcrumb coating and a smooth, creamy filling.

The filling combines cod with milk, fish and vegetable broth, fried onion, garlic, olive oil and spices, giving the croquettes a distinctive savoury seafood flavour. Once fried, they develop a golden, crunchy exterior with a soft and creamy centre.

Supplied frozen in a 1kg bag containing approximately 30 croquettes, with each croquette weighing around 35g. They are an easy and convenient choice for tapas, starters, sharing platters or entertaining.

For best results, cook directly from frozen. Do not defrost beforehand. Fry in very hot oil at 180°C until golden, then allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
