La Abuela Candida Creamy Spanish Ham Croquettes are a classic Spanish tapas favourite with a crisp breadcrumb coating and a rich, creamy bechamel-style filling made with cured ham and ham bone broth.

Supplied frozen in a 1kg bag containing approximately 29-30 croquettes, with each piece weighing around 35g.

Perfect as part of a tapas selection, for parties, sharing plates or simply served as a delicious Spanish appetiser.

For best results, do not defrost before cooking. Fry directly from frozen in hot oil at 180°C for around 4-5 minutes, until golden, then leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
