Description

Estrella Galicia Gluten Free is a full-flavoured Spanish lager specially produced for those following a gluten-free diet. During brewing, an enzyme is used to break down gluten proteins while preserving the character of the beer.

Bright golden in colour, it has an excellent aromatic balance between malt and hops. On the palate, expect lightly floral and herbal notes, moderate warmth and an intense, lingering hoppy finish.

Brewed with water from A Coruna, Pilsen and toasted malts, selected Hijos de Rivera yeast, and Nugget and Perle Hallertau hops. It is a Helles Exportbier with 5.5% ABV, 25 EBU bitterness and a recommended serving temperature of 4-5°C.

A great match for fresh cheeses, salads, tomato, gazpacho and salmorejo.
