Description

Fabada beans from Leon (Spain). Ideal for winter stews, the beans are  kidney-shaped, wide grain, short and slightly flattened and when cooked are tender and fine.

Soak for  12-16 h  before cooking. Pressure cooker hard water: 30 to 45 min,  soft water: 25 to 40 min. Boiling in hard water: 4  to 5 hours. Soft water: 1 to 1h. and 35 min. (Times are approx)
