From Iberian pigs.  this is a fantastic sliced quality Jamon Iberico Cebo de Campo cured for a minimum of 18 months giving a delicious, intense flavoured meat. Pre-sliced and vacuum packed this is a fantastic addition to any tapas menu.

Storage and serving:  Sliced Jamon will last for many months unopened in a cool environment or fridge. Once opened the jamon will benefit from being allowed to get to room temperature an hour before eating if possible.  This will help to bring out a myriad of flavours. Once open consume within 4-5 days.
