Don Julian Manchego

This delicious cured Manchego is produced using unpasturised raw sheeps milk .  The sheeps milk used in its production also comes exclusively from their own sheep allowing them to ensure consistent high quality.

The Manchego has a balanced and intense flavour and aroma with a slightly flakey texture; it has an ivory hue and a creamy taste.

This outstanding Manchego has been matured for a minimum of 6 months, is vacuum packed to ensure maximum freshness .
