This delicious cured Manchego wedge is produced using unpasturised raw sheeps milk from the Pago La Jaraba estate. The sheeps milk used in its production also comes exclusively from their own sheep allowing them to ensure consistent high quality.
The Manchego has a balanced and intense flavour and aroma with a slightly flakey texture, it has an ivory colour and a creamy taste.
This outstanding Manchego mini wheel has been matured for a minimum of 6 months, is vacuum packed to ensure maximum freshness, and presented in a presentation box.
