La Ribera Chorizo Oreado Picante Bola is a traditional Spanish spicy pork chorizo from Sotillo de la Ribera, Burgos. Made with 95% pork, paprika and spices, it has a firm texture and the characteristic rich, savoury flavour of Spanish chorizo.

Formed into distinctive small round pieces or “bolas”, this chorizo is ideal for cooking. Add it to stews, casseroles, lentils and bean dishes, or simply grill, roast or fry until beautifully cooked and full of flavour.
