Description

Dulcimelis place their hives in the hills and mountains just north of Burgos where the bees collect pollen from holm oak and heather.

The honey is a raw honey, dark chestnut in colour with a strong flavour reminiscent of raisins and dried figs. It is rich in mineral salts and  iron  and  is beneficial  for people with anaemia, digestive issues.

As this is a raw honey it may crystallise at low temperatures, this does not alter the quality of the honey.
