Montsia Bomba Rice is a premium Spanish short-grain rice grown in the Delta del Ebro and protected by the DOP Delta del Ebro designation.

Bomba rice is an excellent choice for preparing paella and other traditional Spanish rice dishes, absorbing the flavours of stocks and ingredients beautifully during cooking.

For best results, the producer recommends using approximately 1 part rice to 4 parts water or stock, cooking for 15-17 minutes, followed by around 3 minutes of resting time.

Produced by Camara Arrocera del Montsia, the rice comes from the cooperative’s own seed and has its origin in Spain.
