Pago La Jaraba Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Produced from the  selection of the best olives of the Cornicabra variety. Carefully cold-milled and under tight time controls to ensure  our olives go from harvesting milling in our  the  oil mill located on the LA JARABA farm.

The cornicabra provides us with stable oil due to its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids. This together with the  with early harvest produces, a fruity and aromatic olive oil, with medium  bitterness of green leaves and the spiciness of medium intensity.  It is bottled in a dark glass bottle for better conservation
