Description
A wonderfully rich and smoky sweet Spanish paprika from El Colorin, made in Jaraiz de la Vera, Caceres – an area famous throughout Spain for its exceptional pimenton. El Colorin are growers and producers themselves, carefully selecting the peppers to create a paprika with a beautiful deep red colour, wonderful aroma and plenty of character.
The Dulce (Sweet) variety has a rich, mellow flavour without the heat of the Picante variety, making it an incredibly versatile ingredient and an essential in any Spanish kitchen.
