Description

These  ‘polvorones’ are made by the family-run firm Coloma Garcia.

They are a traditonal soft Spanish biscuit made with wheat-flour, ground almonds, lemon and cinnamon.  They have a soft powery texture (the word ‘polvo” means powder in Spanish!) and come individually wrapped.  Delicious with tea, coffee or with a glass of Anis perhaps!!
