Romesco sauce is from a traditional recipe and contains sun dried peppers, olive oil & almonds.  This gives the sauce texture together with a touch of vinegar and spices giving the Romesco sauce a sweet subtle spicy finish. This is one of Rosara’s best selling sauces.
It was first created in the province of Taragona to go with fish but is also good with meat and roasted vegetables. It is an essential ingredient in any Spanish kitchen and is low in fat and salt.
