Description

Solera 77 Reserva Sherry Vinegar is a traditional Spanish vinegar protected by the Vinagre de Jerez D.O.P., produced from wines made with grapes from the designated production area and aged in wooden barrels for at least two years.

Clean and bright in appearance, it has attractive amber and mahogany tones with a balanced character. Its distinctive aroma combines the freshness of vinegar with nutty notes and nuances developed during ageing in wood.

Its rich, complex flavour makes it an excellent addition to salad dressings, marinades and sauces, as well as a finishing touch for grilled vegetables, meat, fish and traditional Spanish dishes. A little goes a long way, adding depth and a characteristic Jerez flavour
