Sidra (Cider) is Asturias’ regional  drink. This is a crisp cider made from Asturian cider and dessert apples.  Sidra El Gaitero has a delicate bouquet and has sometimes been compared to a refreshing glass of Cava.
Asturian Cider is traditionally poured in small amounts from above your head into a glass held at hip height, to introduce air and open up the flavour. However Sidra El Gaitero is already fizzy and can be poured straight into a glass.
