This is a fantastic quality Paleta Iberico  cured for a minimum of 24 months giving a delicious, intense flavoured meat. Pre-sliced and vacuum packed this is a fantastic addition to any tapas menu.

Storage and serving:  Sliced ham will last for many months unopened in a cool environment or fridge. Once opened the jamon will benefit from being allowed to get to room temperature an hour before eating if possible.  This will help to bring out the myriad of flavours. Consume within 4-5 days.
