Turron Pico Crema Catalana Turron is a Supreme Quality Spanish turron inspired by the classic Catalan dessert. Made in Jijona, Alicante, it combines almonds, egg yolk and milk with the distinctive flavour of caramelised sugar and cinnamon.

Made with 28% ground almonds, this soft turron has a pale golden colour and a smooth, tender texture. Both sides have a toasted sugar character, recreating the caramelised finish associated with traditional Crema Catalana.

Delicious served in small slices after dinner or alongside coffee, it makes a particularly good addition to a selection of Spanish sweets during Christmas and other celebrations.
