One of the great classics of Spanish Christmas, Turron de Jijona is famous for its wonderfully soft texture and rich almond flavour.

This Alta Seleccion turron from Turrones Pico is traditionally made in Jijona using carefully selected almonds and honey. Unlike the hard and crunchy Turron de Alicante, the almonds are finely ground to create its characteristic soft, smooth texture that almost melts in the mouth.

Sweet, nutty and beautifully rich, the flavour of toasted almonds combines perfectly with the sweetness of the honey. It is a true taste of Spanish Christmas and one of those treats that always disappears quickly once the box is opened!

Cut into small slices and enjoy after dinner, with coffee, as part of a Christmas dessert selection or simply whenever you fancy a little taste of Spain.
