One of Spain’s great Christmas classics! Turron de Alicante is the traditional hard and crunchy Spanish nougat, made with generous amounts of roasted almonds and honey.

This Alta Seleccion turron from Turrones Pico is made in Jijona, Alicante, a town famous throughout Spain for its centuries-old turron tradition. It contains a minimum of 65% carefully selected roasted almonds, combined with honey, sugar and egg white to create its unmistakably crisp texture and rich, traditional flavour.

Protected by the I.G.P. Turron de Alicante, this is a wonderful taste of Spanish Christmas – although we think it’s far too good to save just for December! Break into pieces and enjoy with coffee, after dinner, or simply whenever you fancy something sweet and crunchy.
