Valor Cao is the best known drinking chocolate in Spain. It produces a tHick rich drinking chocolate in three easy steps.

For one cup:
1. Heat 200ml of milk and add two heaped teaspoons when milk is warm.
2. Stir over a low heat and remove from the heat just before it boils.
3. Leave it to settle a few minutes before serving.

It can also be kept in a fridge and reheated later.
