  • Gift Cards remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • They may only be redeemed against eligible products sold on the Pure Spain website.
  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
  • Gift Cards are non-transferable and remain the property of Iberica Ltd until redeemed.
  • If your purchase is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining credit will remain available for future purchases.
  • Any amount exceeding the Gift Card balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • Refunds for purchases made using a Gift Card may be returned to the original Gift Card or customer account credit.
  • Digital Gift Cards are emailed once payment has been successfully processed.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s email address is entered correctly.
  • Iberica Ltd cannot accept responsibility for Gift Cards delivered to an incorrect email address supplied by the purchaser.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a Gift Card where fraud, misuse or suspected unauthorised activity has occurred.
  • Promotional discounts and voucher codes cannot normally be used to purchase Gift Cards unless expressly stated otherwise.
